Our realtors,
All of our realtors are members of the National Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors. Our realtors have an impeccable attention to detail and so they are expertly trained in professional contract negotiations, analyzing their client’s needs to tailor their search for the right properties, maintaining open and concrete communication with seller and buyer agents, preparing comparable market analysis to estimate values of homes,
The typical commission paid by a home seller is between 2.5% to 3.5%. In recent months, we have seen many listings where the seller’s offers an additional bonus of $3,000 to $7,000 above and beyond the commission. This bonus is earned only if the guidelines that the selling agent set forth are executed such as, closing escrow by a stipulated date or if the buyer makes a full offer price.
We promise never to select or recommend a property based on commission, since we will refund as much as 2/3 of our commission back to you.
A traditional agent keeps the entire commission but, we at Nationwide Fine homes will refund as much as 2/3rds of our commission at the close of escrow. Nationwide Fine Homes will keep a minimum of 1/3rd of the commissionable gross plus, an $895.00 as our total fee for representing you on the purchase of your home. If there are referral fees involved, such as in some corporate relocation programs, we still keep our minimum percentages of the total commission, so your refund may be lower.
The refund estimate we publish assumes that the seller is paying a buyer's agent commission of 3% but, actual commissions will vary from purchase to purchase. MLS rules do not allow us to disclose the actual commission being paid on our website. However, we tell you what kind of commission is being paid as soon as you identify the property you intend to buy.
